Guidelines
1. SECURITY
Every adventurer/hiker must have as a mandatory focus the safety of the participants of the group in which he/she is participating. The observation of any unsafe act must be reported immediately to the group's guide /guide , stopping the activity in progress and paying full attention to the fact motivating insecurity.
2. FAUNA AND FLORA
The adventurer/hiker should avoid disturbing wild animals found along the way and not remove plants from the ecosystem where the group passes. Given the presence of insects, mosquitoes and midges, each adventurer/hiker should use repellent individually. First and foremost, worry about the children under your care.
3. TRASH
According to environmental laws, it is strictly forbidden to dispose of any inorganic material (plastic, paper, glass, cans, etc.) carried by the adventurer/hiker in nature. Individual trash must be removed from the trail area and discarded in appropriate places.
It is not recommended to drink alcoholic beverages before and during intense physical activities, which may increase dehydration in the adventurer/ hiker who has consumed this type of beverage, which may cause nausea, vomiting, malaise and fainting caused by a drop in blood pressure.
